Service Content: All content, software, graphics, source code, design, and logic utilized to provide the Service are the exclusive property of Indian Font Converter and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service's core mechanics or software.
  2. Font Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that Indian Font Converter is a tool for character substitution and does not provide licensing for any proprietary, third-party fonts (such as Chanakya, Kruti Dev, or Shivaji).
    • User Liability: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary legal rights or End User License Agreements (EULAs) to use, possess, and distribute any specific output text that relies on a proprietary font installed on your machine.
    • No Conversion Restriction: The Service may process text into formats that are subject to third-party license restrictions, including restrictions on conversion, editing, or use in commercial products. By using the conversion features, you assume all liability related to compliance with third-party font licensing terms.
  3. User Input: Any content you enter into the tool remains your property. By submitting text, you grant Us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion or transliteration service to you.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service:
